Joining weba: Intensive Training as the Foundation for Success
After completing his military service, Thomas joined weba and spent an intensive year at the engineering training center. Along with around ten other junior designers, he received comprehensive training in the world of design. This phase was crucial for him, as he explains:

He plays football and volleyball with passion, is a member of the tennis club, and serves as both coach and chairman of the local table tennis club.
