Press Hardening Equipment for Individual Tryouts
Excellence in Customizing Press Hardening Tools
To ensure the perfect alignment of our forming tools with individual customer needs, we utilize two press hardening systems. These allow us to optimally adjust hot forming tools for final acceptance on customer presses. Thanks to the pressing force of 1,600 tons in our series plant, we can precisely shape complex and extensive components from various materials, thicknesses, and quality levels.
MECHANICAL AND HYDRAULIC PRESSES
The Perfect Forming Environment for Large Projects
Our press facilities are perfectly equipped and offer the optimum for forming of high and ultra-high strength materials. We employ mechanical and hydraulic presses to ensure the process reliability of our tools. In our productions, we have presses available that offer table sizes of up to 5,000 x 2,500 mm and can exert a pressing force of 2,500 tons on the tools, ensuring the highest parallelism and holding accuracy. This precision allows us to test our stamping and forming tools under conditions similar to series production and ensure consistently high quality and performance.
